I did not realise that I have been signed
in for a free trial subscription and I am panicking on what to do and how to cancel it.

Please contact our F-Secure Support to cancel/delete the My F-secure account.
When you say you didn't realise you've been signed up for a free trial period, how exactly did this happened? If you've not downloaded the product, and you haven't given any payment details, then the trial period would just expire and that would be that.
