Place and recieve calls

Suddenly I cannot make calls anymore.  I just get "not registered in network" popping up. Neither can I recieve calls - they go directly to voicemail. What to do?

Freedome VPN doesn't have such feature to blocking phone calls. You can also try uninstalling the Freedome and check your phone network again.

May we know the F-Secure product that you are currently subscribed to and if your incoming/outgoing calls are blocked once this product is enabled on your device(s)?

 

Have you tested with F-Secure On and Off to verify if truly it is the root-cause of this call block? You may also want to test on another device or check with your operator if our product is not the cause.
