Cannot download Freedome vpn from google play

I have tried to download Freedome VPN to my Android TV but it does not seem to work. The circle just go round and round and round. I am in Singapore but I can download other VPN apps to the TV and they work and I can also download Freedome VPN to my IOS pad and it works. When I search for Freedome VPN via Google Play app on TV Freedome VPN is not available but when I log in via Internet (also via smart tv) it is there but as said it will not download. Anyone have an answer?

Please ensure that your Smart TV running the Android OS 5 or above in order to install the F-secure Freedome. Click here to see all supported Operating System by F-secure Freedome.
