Hello, after Windows 10 Update to Release 1903 (Build 18362.19h1) F-Secure VPN Service (32Bit) is running, but the Application doesn't start. Thanks for helping.

Please refer this Microsoft KB article and perform Network Reset on your windows 10 machine to see if that solve the issue.
