Is this normal service?

The F-Safe service was never stellar but in the last month or so it has become much worse. It has difficulty connecting (UK & France) and when it eventually does, it is extremely slow. Does anyone else experience this? Any workarounds? 

F-Secure do not want to know. Pretty poor service for the premium price they charge.

Sounds that your experience is about F-Secure Freedome VPN.

If so, there is a board for Freedome:

Where possible to find / get some topics about related subject. In addition, to read some suggestions or explanations.

As my own feelings: I think that "trouble with connecting" is not normal. But reduced speed (during / for VPN) is partly expected (although, it is unclear and unknown what is your certain situation. Maybe such speed is not normal too).

 

But if your experience is about "F-Secure SAFE" - then could you to explain a bit more about concern?

May I confirm that this issue is only happening when using F-Secure Freedome VPN?

 

Are you facing this issue on all your devices or just one?

 

Have you attempted to uninstall, reinstall the program and changed server location and see if this solves the issue?

 

Kindly help to clarify these so we could better advice you.
