Refund request - Freedome does not work on my iPhone 7+, regardless

I've been struggling for months to get Freedome VPN to work reliably on my iOS device (iPhone 7 Plus). I've had to switch to another vendor, as I use my iPhone for business. I am requesting a refund of my remaining subscription. How do I do that?

    Sorry to hear of your dissatisfacation with Freedome VPN, I can see that you have already contacted our support team for refund. The case is still ongoing as we are waiting for a response from our payment partner. You will soon get a confirmation email for refund from Support team.
