Problem purchase F-Secure Total
Hi,
i want to purchase your offer F-Secure Total, but when i enter my email in my order information, it raises a message that says that the email i entered already exists and i should log in into my account and purchase inside of it. But when i enter my account i only see F-Secure Safe and nothing else, and in this case i want to buy F-Secure Total, that do not appear in my account.

I am only an F-Secure user (their home solutions).
If "offer" is pinned to your certain email - then good to contact official Support Channels for assistance:

If it is "public" offer - then good to check more about it. For example, maybe this is only for "freshly" created account. As a result, need to create another account (another email).
In addition, maybe your experience is about "upgrade" from SAFE to TOTAL. If so, I think that there should be renewal background. Otherwise, there was a discussion recently:
