Cannot conect to server
Freedome works for a couple of days, then "cannot connect to server".
(This is the message I get sometimes on start up, other times it just does not connect the VPN)
Internet is working fine otherwise.
I've uninstalled/re-installed so many times (not just on my desktop, also Android version) that I'm at the point of despair. No such issues with another VPN but such poblems are why I did not renew my subscription years ago. I'm trialling Freedome again and have not even got a month in before frustration has hit.
Any ideas that do no require me to be on chat or phone for lengthy periods of time ?
(Could not find an email support method but sure I have exchanged emails with someone before).

Sorry to hear about your experience with the Freedome VPN. May I know in which country you are living now? have you tried to connect your device with different network? i.e wifi to 4G
