Cannot start a scan

I cannot start my FREEDOM VPN  the button simply does not do anything BUT the cancel button allows me to cancel.. Can someone please advice..? Many Thanks

    May I know the name of operating system running on your device? did you check the internet is working on your device? if yes, please try switch the network (i.e Wifi to 4G) and check if the solve the issue.
