Freedome Download it keeps telling me I have to upgrade Freedome. HOW?

I have purchased Fredome got the reciepts, but when I mtry to install it it keeps telling me I have to upgrade Freedome . How do I do that

May I know in which device you are trying to install the Freedome? i.e iOS, windows

 

Did you purchase the F-secure Freedome through F-secure website?
