Error when installing F-secure safe

I originally installed f-secure safe on theis laptop in 2017 but it recently managed to get uninstalled. I downloaded the latest installer VirginMediaNetworkInstaller_24175w151o734_.exe and tried to reinstall it. It got to 98% but I got the message Installation Failed please restart your computer and try again. So I restarted the laptop and removed the device from the registered list, thinking that this might have been the problem,  and tried again. Still got the same problem.

Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

I would suggest you run the F-Secure Uninstallation Tool, reboot, and try the re-install again.
