Booting CD-Rom fails

Rescue-CD does not boot automaticly and manual change in booting-sector to CD-ROM/DVD as required does not help either. What else kann I do! Ihave burned the Disc normally and the 120 MB Data is there.

Could you precise the OS you try to use the Rescue-cd on?

Could there be multiple CD-Rom/ DVD drives at stake here?

 

Have you tried to use a USB key with the Rescue-cd on as alternative method?
