Duplication Cleaner tool

So i have been searching for a Duplication tool at many places but every tool looks really sketchy.

 

i think it would be nice if F-Secure made an "Duplication Cleaner" program so i can scan my PC, external Harddrives and Shared drives for Duplicates so i dont use unnecessary Disk space by Accidently making Duplicates.

 

If F-Secure desides to make this tool we would have a Reliable tool (hopefully free) to search for Duplicates.

 

i think the program should be able to notice the same words on some files like if a picture is named "Cady on the beach" or "Cadyon.thebeach".

 

and it should support almost every file type from mp3 to mkv to xml to even dll files
