Refund

I’ve unfortunately double ordered my subscription due to a technical error on my tablet I’m wanting to keep one subscription but have the other cancelled how do I do this? I am currently unable to use a phone is an email address available?

    I am only an F-Secure user (their home solutions).

     

    I think that most suitable step is to contact their official Support channel (chat as example; when available):

    Otherwise, with workhours - maybe - there will be attention from official F-Secure Community Managers. And further escalation by them.

     

    Meanwhile, possible to read invoices / letters about purchase - what if it is possible to trigger refund from this side OR by contacting their partners (for example, it is can be cleverbridge AG).
