New subscription XXXXXXXXX

in F-Secure VPN
I placed order using my phone. I received confirmation letter. I downloaded to activate. I entered info to create account. But it never requested my subscription code. It was treating me like a trial user. I uninstalled to retry it. Did not work. How can I activate.

May I know with what operating system that you trying to install the Freedome? i.e windows or android
