Long Preparing during virus scan

I just bought the 3 licenses F-secure SAVE and installed to my laptops.

I have no issue with the first device. But after I installesd the second license to my wife laptop, it shown installed successfully. Once I run the virus scan, the status Preparing pop out and stated need to wait for few minutes as the virus protection is being updated. I waited for almost 3 hours, the preparing status remain unchange. Thus, I can't run the virus scan and updating virus protection status is still remain. Please advise.

Sorry for my reply. I am only an F-Secure user (their home solutions).

 

Does your experience is still about such state? If so - did you try to restart system? If yes - does it possible to doublecheck what is state of "rightclick F-Secure tray logo -- Check Updates"? Is all modules are installed?
