Vpn is not connecting on win10

I've been using freedome since December 2018 on my pc and Android both of them were working well, in the middle of January the vpn would not connect! It will always display connecting, also the internet doesnt connect unless I turn off freedome. My Android is working fine with no problems which would be fine except that I have a year's sub with freedome and it would be pointless to pay a another company for vpn. Oh, I have already reinstalled the program.

    I'm in the same situation, windows 10-won't connect since mid-January.

    Hi @Sim24

     

    I would recommend to uninstall using our uninstallation tool and reinstall Freedome on your computer to see if the connection works after the reinstallation.

     

    We have the license transfer functionality with Freedome as mentioned in this article. If issue persists, let us know so our support team can assist you further.

    if your VPN is  not connecting with Windows 10, try to connect it  with another operating system maybe it is not compatible with it.
