freedome blocks my internet

my lap top internet turns off or wont conect why freedome is trying to connect or on it says i have an unsecure netwok and wont work but as soon as i trun it off im back on line help plz

Thank you for reporting us the issue,  may I know the version of your Freedome?

 

Have you tried to unisntall and re-install the Freedome? may I ask you try disabling the Freedome features i.e browsing protection, kill switch,.. one by one and check again?

hi just done what you have said and it has come up wit no where to goto the vertion number 2.25.5766.0 my subscription runs out on the 15th october this year can you please help
