Please tell me why my program does not accept the subscription code?
I received a link to the program and a code to my email from [email protected] with the subject of the letter "Ihre exklusive F-Secure FREEDOME Lizenz"
I downloaded the program from the link, the program was installed and wrote that "subscription - familiarization" and 5 days left. When I enter the subscription code from the same letter, the program writes that the code is not correct.

Please help activate the subscription.

    We would like to know why the Freedome code was rejected.


    Did you buy the subscription from our website? If yes, we recommend you contact our support team or contact the vendor at the point of purchase if you made the order elsewhere so they could replace the code or verify its status for you.
