F-secure Safe sens error message of non-protection after about 20 minutes of using

I have Safe on my Lenovo G50 laptop but after starting up it shows that I am protected. After about 20 mnutes regularly I get a message that there is a malfunction and need to restart computer. Doing this restores it again but again after about 20 minutes it malfunctions. This seems to have happened after I loaded an update to Windows 10.

    It might be worth checking if Windows 10, in it's infinite wisdom, has decided to turn on Windows Defender, as that may be conflicting with F-Secure.  if Windows Defender is on, then you need to disable it, and hopefully that will solve the problem.
