don't be sorry it was a good reply and made me buy F-Secure FREEDOME VPN  i was a little bit curious as F-Secure Internet Security did provide Banking Protection i thought it would be overkill to buy bought or if i should go for norton vpn since i only checking e-mail or watching youtube:)

In fact, it can be overkill to buy both or to use both with 'quite' surf. For except, privacy concern and so things (where VPN software is a partial solution). F-Secure Internet Security solution and its Banking Protection should protect against banking-targeted malware. In general, F-Secure solution (F-Secure IS or F-Secure SAFE) is multi-layered complex protection; where each layer can be useful and helpful with certain situation.

But with noted "public" Wi-Fi -> only VPN solution (or another technologies) with abilities to create more protected state (encrypted tunnel, some more tweaks and so on). This is protection against globally untrusted Wi-Fi or even suspicious places. When we talk about "home use" purposes.

If both solutions (F-Secure Internet Security and F-Secure FREEDOME VPN) are suitable for you -> maybe good to check ability for switch two packages (subscription) to one package (subscription) F-Secure TOTAL (I am not sure, but maybe price is more friendly rather than two subscriptions) in future.

    Thanks!
