Nationwide Banking protection.

Running Windows 10 32bit ver. 1809 build: 17763.195, Firefox Quantum ver. 64 32 bit. Banking protection used to work on Natiowide Building Soc. web site but now dosen't activate. It works OK on either Barclays or HSBC web sites, it seems to be just Nationwide that dosen't trigger it. What do I do to make it work?

Thank you for reporting the issue, I can see the Banking protection triggered on my end when I checked the banking URL https://www.nationwide.co.uk/.

 

I hope you have already checked that F-Secure Safe notifications are allowed on your device. If the issue still remain, we would advise you to try unisntall and re-install the F-secure program and check agian.

Thanks for reply. For whatever reason it's now working again without any intervention on my part.

Finally twigged whats happening:

If I go to: https://nationwide.co.uk F-secure banking protection is activated.

If I go straight to login screen: https://onlinebanking.Nationwide.co.uk/AccessManager banking protection is NOT activated.
