It seems like I’ve only bought a test version

Hey everybody, 

I am really upset because this programme isn’t working. I’ve bought the 18 month Total Protection which was indeed really expensive. The problem is that I can only download a 30 days test version. I deleted the program and installed again and again but it just doesn’t work. Has anybody an idea? To be honest I am so angry and I do regret that I bought this program.
