my fsecure only lasts  1 hour then have to reset another hour i have full secure can you help ronsheldon  xxx@xxx.com

    Can you please give us some more information?  

     

    When you say it "only lasts an hour", what exactly happens after the hour?  

     

    Do you get any error messages?  

     

    What is the device in question, and which operating system are you using?

     

    Do you have any other security software on the device?
