Can I get refund for Freedome Vpn android

So far I am happy with your product Freedome VPN but recently I have been facing issues. I mainly use the product for whatsapp calling. 

Can I get full refund after I cancel my subscription through Google play store, I purchased the product from Google play store.

Kindly do the needful.
