Freedome blocking all data

Hi, hope you can help please. Have used Freedome on my iPhone for more than a year now with no problems. From yesterday however, having it on seems to block all data services like WhatsApp, Gmail, Twitter etc. When I turn it off, all data services work again. Have tried deleting the app, as well as VPN configs, and reinstalling but it didn't help. Any ideas? Thanks
