Freedome stopped connection service selected

Just week ago I lost connetion to service - it's not conneting to selected host anymore - Installed Freedome  twice again (Windows 10 -64 bit 1803 build), but it's not helping all other divices work well running Apple IOS/ MAC OS

    Since Freedome runs fine on your other devices (Apple and Mac), you may check this article . If all is in place, in terms of remaining licenses as well as trying other locations, then you may contact our support team for further assistance.

    I have contacted support on this case - waiting what is answer from them - non of solutions I could find worked on this Windows machine!
