VPN giving wrong location

My VPN is not working properly.  I have Freedome installed on my iPhone 7 Plus and although it’s showing the location as being UK London I cannot access sites such as Apple Music or ITV Hub because I’m outside the UK.  VPN seems to show I’m in Austria.  I’ve gone in a few times to reset it shows I’m in London but these sites still don’t work.  Any suggestions?
