F Secure Safe removal
I have F Secure Safe installed free of charge through my Virgin Media subscription, I have just cancelled my subscription with Virgin Media who have advised that I may be billed directly from F Secure themselves as far as I know I have never agreed to this, can I contact anyone to find out if I do infact have an active subscription with F Secure

Sorry for my reply. I am only an F-Secure user (their home solutions).
I think that one option is to contact an official F-Secure Support Channel (chat as example):

I think that maybe your experience was about "one-year free subscription"? And further renewal is paid with some kind of discount. As certain kind of promotion and partnership between Virgin Media and F-Secure (with its rules, terms and conditions).

possible to doublecheck with Support about 'does your mail-address is pinned to certain account and does it with active subscription or not'.
