Had a active subscription, changed phones and now it's gone.
Did you purchase the Freedome through playstore or iOS? or directly through F-secure website?
Freedome for Ipads, Iphones and Android devices are tied to the email ID if you purchase it from AppStore or Google PlayStore.
If you have purchased Freedome from Google Play or Apple App Store, you can have Freedome installed on all your other devices as long as these devices are registered to the same Google email address (Google Play) or Apple ID.
If you have purchased Freedome from F-Secure web store or a retailer, you should have received the invoice with license for Freedome. You can install the same subscription on different devices what your subscription allows.
