I can't install Safe on my computer.

Hello! I can't install Safe on my computer.

 

I choosed 2 PC, downloaded exe files on my computers. 
Next, I started installation, the window "prepare to installation" opened and nothing didn't happen.

 

Usually I wait 3 or 5 minutes, and the window writes:

The active network connection not found, check the active network connection and try again.

But internet connection is active.

 

I tried again and again, I downloaded another exe files, but it didn't help.

Which version of Windows are you trying to install on?

 

Is there, or has there been, any other anti-virus software on the machine?

Hello!

First PC: Windows 7, service pack 1.

Second PC: Windows 10 home.

I deleted all antivirus.

And Before it I've been using Avira antivirus free during 1 month.

I've had a quick look at there doesn't seem to be a specific uninstall tool for Avira, but I suggest that you try the steps here to try to remove it fully from your computers:

Then I suggest that you run the F-Secure Uninstallation Tool, followed by a reboot, before trying to install F-Secure again.

Sorry for my reply. I am also only an F-Secure user (their home solutions).

As addition to good suggestions (and what was helpful with such topic, as example).

Another suggestion is to try different networks.

For example, possible to perform installation with enabled VPN (and another location/entry-point) as doublecheck.

 

Such suggestion is based on likely situation when required files are inaccessible based on your ISP/network-configuration/router-configuration/DNS or so.

It was a trouble with my experience (I am not sure that it was exact output with "check network connection" - but maybe it was a part as addition to words about that not possible to download required files; and all other description is pretty compared with my experience):

Otherwise - good to check that all available Windows updates are installed.

I used VPN for install Safe.
