What is error 27?

I tried the 30 day free trial of F Secure Online 4.2. Tried an online scan. After a very long time it gave an error message that it could not download all files and I should report error 27.

What am I supposed to do now? I normally use Avast for anti virus and Zone Alarm for firewall. Nothing shown in the firewall log. O/S is Win XP Home. 

I certainly would not choose a program that only gave cryptic error codes with no Help file explaining them.

Try to run a diskcleanup and remove all the temporary internet files and temp files, see if that will help.
