Message com.android.wallpaperpicker has risks on Android

in Privacy VPN

Have Freedome VPN installed on Android running Lineage OS 14.1  or Android 7.1.2 on a Note II. Keeps throwing "com.android.wallpaperpicker has risks". I have wiped the phone and reloaded it, but no avail. I  don't even run the VPN all that often, it seems to do a scan once in a while by itself.

 

Any ideas?

    Thanks for the follow up.

     

    I am not sure where it is. I have root access to the phone, there is a folder /data/data/com.android.wallpaperpicker which has a number of folder under it. I try the uninstall option on Freedome and it looks like it does it, but then it is back. Even your Mobile Security software does not flag this.

     

    Any ideas?
