Why do pages appear in list of 'allowed pages' that I never allowed myself

I will shorten my previous track to get to the point.

F-secure chat promised to answer me by email as to the question shown in headline:

Why did pages appear in list of 'allowed pages' that I never allowed myself?

I haven't' gotten any answer.

I will add that somebody had managed to turn my daily windows user account into an administrator account, which I also never would have done myself.

How are either of these possible whilst being  fully protected and updated by F-secure?

    Hi @AO2

You need administrative rights to access the Allowed settings, so this must have been triggered from that user account.

The selected website is added to the Allowed list of sites and Browsing Protection allows the site to be accessible again.

Kindly contact our support to further check if your browsing protection settings while also ensuring that other configurations are in place. Meanwhile, we will get the relevant agent to reply to your email as soon as possible.
