try to activate freedome on my iphone and it asked me an account ID.
I checked the email I have from fsecure and nothing about an account ID.
What can I do?

The account ID is the same subscription code for the Freedome in your iOS (subscription code = account ID for your iOS). Could you try to search your email which you registered for Freedome purchase to find the code and use that in your iOS device?
So, maybe possible to try find mail-letter with subscription code and to use it.
Otherwise - possible to try contact their official F-Secure Support Channels (chat as example):
and ask for help with retrieving subscription (account ID for iOS) code.
In Addition to Ukko's comments, may I know from where did you purchase your Freedome license? Is it an app store license or a multi device Freedome license?
