Do one thing, just uninstall the antivirus from the control panel pf your computer and install it again and enable it. Make sure that some other antivir5us is not there in your system. It disallows the antivirus to be working. If you still find issues, visit Kaspersky customer support and consult with it.

May I know what is the current version of Freedome installed on your device and what is the OS of the device in which you see the issue?
