Installation problem when using Wista.

Why can't i install F-Secure SAFE on my pc. I have an older computer with Windows Wista and im using Opera browser.

F-Secure comes whit my internet provider and I thought I give it a go since I'm paying for it.

Ok, so i can dowload the file but when I open the flie NOTHING happens and I've done everything that says in the description.

 

Is there any1 that have any solution for this I'll be very grateful.
