Google Chrome cast trouble

Does f-secure freedome block Chrome cast from working? Im using a Samsung tablet and then I run my freedome the Chrome cast wont work but as soon as I tuen it off the Chrome cast works. Just want to know if there is some way to get it going. I'm trying to watch some tv from my home country while being overseas. It works to get my program up on my tablet but not when I put it on the tv with the chrome cast

Where was kind of solution as 'mark Network as trusted'; does it is possible to do something like that with your environment?
