My canal don t working (french)

I use freedom fsecure vpn since 3 years now i have a problem with my ipad and ou smartphone android web i click on i have just 3 channels and i click off i have all the channels mycanal is the sotware for watching the Tv channel . Could you find a solution i like fsecure for use simple i don t want use the solution  nordvpn

Did you happen to see this issue only recently? What is the version of Freedome installed on your phone/iPad?

 

Please try to disable Tracking Protection alone in Freedome (with Freedome turned on) and check if you can view all the channels.

The issue is recently , android version : 2.5.2.7611 i have disable tracking protection alone in freedome (with Freedome turned on) but i have always the  problem

Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall Freedome again? Please try to reinstall and recheck the working of Freedome.

 

Could you please let us know if you happen to see any error message when Freedome is not working?
