Renew subscription

My subscription expires oh September 28, 2018. I renewed it this morning for 5 devices. I inserted the new code in my iPhone but it is impossible on other devices. On my iPad and iMac still che the old date Sept. 28 and i cannot change it. what can I do?

You have to wait untill 30 days before the expiry of your current subcription code to take it into use.

Adding on, since you were able to use the code for the iPhone, was the iPhone using the same license as other devices?
