Hi, as subject suggests- where or how do I find my account ID I need to install my total on mobile devices.
Edit: When I use my subscription ID/reference ID, I get an error message: “The ID was not correct, please try again.”

Just because "F-Secure Total" is a package for F-Secure SAFE and F-Secure Freedome -> does your experience is about try to install F-Secure Freedome? And does it Android device?
But, in general, there should be an option to 'login' under mobile application (even for SAFE or Freedome) to your F-Secure TOTAL Account (My F-Secure Account) and activate Total-licence under device by such step. And maybe "ID" is needed for another type of subscription (when Freedome-only is purchased as solution).
