Sounds that maybe it is good to contact their direct Support Channels (chat as example):
But as generic suggestions and some ask-points:
- does it about F-Secure SAFE or F-Secure TOTAL accounts access for My F-Secure Account?
- did you try different browsers/systems?
- did you try to use something like "InPrivate" or "Incognito" modes?
