not connecting

F-Secure FREEDOME is not connecting on Microsoft Surface Pro - what do I do to fix this. It was fine yesterday.

    Do you happen to see any error message?

    Does it happen with all the locations?

    There is no error message, it just continues to try to connect and doesn’t even after a prolonged period of time. I’ve tried numerous locations and I have uninstalled and reinstalled and I’m still having the same issue. I desperately need to get this resolved. Please help. I’ve also been on your live chat and have sent numerous emails to F-Secure (no response from these)

    Do you see the issue even when trying to connect with a different Wi-Fi network or a data network?
