Hello,
Sorry for my reply. I'm only F-Secure user (their home solution).
Just like try to understand what was with your situation.
I am trying to set up my wife's phone on my account? I sent an email link to her and can see her on my f safe.
So, mail-letter is received and probably F-Secure SAFE is installed on phone (because device is visible under My F-Secure SAFE Account portal).
But how does she connect her device. Cannot see how to do it?
I think that if F-Secure SAFE is installed; and activated by steps (from mail-letter, for example) -> there is no reasons for further steps with connect device? Did you mean something specific? Or does you expect some additional features?
Does it possible to explain more about current trouble?
