May I know how did you purchase your Freedome subscription? From where did you purchase it?
If it is not Freedome, which F-Secure product are you referring here?
I brought it from the digital mall on the 18/4/2018 and purchase it on the same day
If it was purchased from us directly through our estore, then our support team will be able to identify your purchase details. Since you have purchased it with a box, please get in touch with the reseller from whom you purchased the Freedome box for the license details.
