f secure wont open

Sorry for my reply. I'm also only F-Secure user (their home solutions).

 

Maybe it is good to add more information about your situation. For example:

 

-- what is F-Secure solution (F-Secure AV/IS/SAFE ; F-Secure KEY ; F-Secure Freedome; or something else);

-- what is OS/platform (Windows, mobile platform or something else);

-- how did you try to open it? And does it possible to re-check potential other steps to open?

In addition, does it recent trouble and all was OK before? If yes - does there are some changes with system/device?
