Just bought myself a new ONE YEAR subscibtion today.... And it seems to be ending today as well....Please fix this. Im not going to pay for a complete license with the cost of 80+ dollars and just have it for one day..
This is a public forum, and we can't do anything to "fix" account related issues, as you will need to Contact Support by Phone or Chat.
Before you do that though, have you checked in your SAFE Portal that the subscription is activated? That's assuming you're referring to F-Secure SAFE.
It might also be worth forcing an update check in the product, as that also syncs with the licensing server, and may resolve the issue.
