Here we go again with another so called community managed internet thing. No replies and just automated ' your querie is logged ' e-mails
I have sorted my own problem by downloading your F-Secure Removal tool.
It took a lot of finding but it is there! Thank you, why was it not bundled with the installation file?
The conflict was WITH YOUR OWN 2011 PRODUCT not uninstalling when asked to do so.
He who writes this software should try and install his own product, in the real world, and try it out with real people before launching it and expecting the public to pay for it.5 Like

F-Secure Community is a fast way to get your product-related issues solved. However, it is important that you post your message in the correct board in F-Secure Community.
You can start a new thread very easily. Choose from the category the correct board where you can discuss about your issue. In the board you find an orange button called "New Message".
We reply as soon as possible but not immediately. Here in the Community we all can participate. Our employees and the other users. You are welcome to participate as well.
