When I am connected to the german server, I don't get an IMAP connection (multiple ports tested; STARTTLS, SSL/TLS)
Changing the server to Denmark solves the problem. Is this a bug or a restriction on the german server?
We tested IMAP through Germany and it worked as normal for us. It might be so that your mail service has blocked our IP addresses in Germany for some reason.
If it is possible, could you inform me through private messaging about what mail service you are trying to access.
