Migrating from little flocker to Xfence

Hello all,

I purchased little flocker but didn't actually use the key to activate.

Now I want to migrate over to Xfence.

Can't sign in - it doesn't recognize me

I assume F-Secure has to recognize my account in some way....?

Suggestions....?

I did not find the right solution from the internet.
